On September 18, 2025, at the start of the academic year for the 30 students of EUR TACTIC (Ceramics & ICT Graduate School), Frédéric Dumas-Bouchiat presented the LABEX ∑-LIM program. For this presentation, he was accompanied by two former EUR program students, Manon Gireau and Oihan Allegret, who spent 45 minutes sharing their rich experience with the Master 1 Research students. They answered their questions and gave concrete examples of career paths within EUR TACTIC and LABEX ∑-LIM.

EUR TACTIC is a graduate school that benefits from a research and training ecosystem unique in Europe in the fields of advanced ceramics and Information and Communication Technologies, working in close collaboration with LABEX ∑-LIM. It aims to train students to contribute to the development of materials and ICT in fields with strong industrial and societal potential: 5G, additive manufacturing, energy and sustainable development, data security and privacy protection, photonics, connected objects, 3D imaging, health diagnostics, and advanced therapies.

We wish this new class two fruitful years of study, confident that it will produce future doctoral students who will actively contribute to the reputation of LABEX ∑-LIM and the success of the IRCER and XLIM laboratories, and beyond!
