JEDI – Exchange days for PhD students of the University of Limoges around interdisciplinarity

From June 28 to 30, 2021, the JEDI (exchange days for PhD students of the University of Limoges around interdisciplinarity) were organized in partnership with the LABEX ∑-LIM. These event brought together more than fifty PhD students from various courses at the University of Limoges (semiology, law, applied sciences…) at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques.

With the objective of revitalizing doctoral research through the creation of a multidisciplinary meeting, the event was articulated around two days and a morning ending with a competition. For the competition, the doctoral students first attended conferences and then worked in groups to imagine a project around the theme “Environment, innovation and society”.

At the end of these days, four prizes were awarded: the public prize, the LABEX prize, the prize of the “Fondation Partenariale de l’Université de Limoges” and the Enedis prize.

Congratulations to all the participants for the quality of their projects and to the organizing team!
