During this month of November, TACTIC Grad School had the honor of welcoming Dr. Kivilcim Yüksel, Associate Professor at the Izmir Institute of Technology (Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department), in Turkey.

Dr. Kivilcim Yüksel obtained a researcher grant funded by the French Embassy in Turkey to come to XLIM and build a partnership both on the training side (Master level) and on the research side (collaborations, joint thesis).

During her stay, Dr. Kivilcim Yüksel was able to meet Master students from TACTIC in order to discuss her research themes with them. Her research focuses in particular on the development of fiber optic sensors.
