TACTIC Graduate School: international training that promotes the mobility of its students

Mobility for master’s students

As part of their Master’s training, each student is required to validate international mobility in M1 resulting in an internship period of 2 to 4 months, in a company or laboratory outside France, whether with a partner from the graduate school or any other organization.

Mobility for doctoral students

The TACTIC doctoral training module, entitled “Personal and professional mobility”, is based on the dual development of interpersonal skills and know-how. The increase in skills in know-how corresponds to compulsory international mobility, lasting a minimum of 2 months, built in agreement with its thesis directors. The objectives of this mobility can be multiple:
  • Find one or more new skills,
  • Carry out measurement campaigns with equipment not available in the laboratory,
  • Support links with a research partner,
  • Build your professional network…

The Graduate School supports students in their mobility request on an administrative and financial level.

Our partner network

To find their internship, students benefit from a large network of partners, universities or companies linked to the two research laboratories associated with the program: the Ceramics Research Institute (IRCER – UMR CNRS 7315); the research institute in the field of electronics, microwaves, photonics, mathematics, computing and imaging XLIM (UMR CNRS 7252). This network is made up of around 60 international academic partners, selected for their reputation in the different Graduate School master’s specialties, and companies.

Outgoing mobility carried out by our M1 students during the years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.
