The TACTIC Grad School was at the event “Du matériau au composant photonique” (From material to photonic component), organized by ALPHA-RLH, Photonics France and the European Ceramics Pole.

Taking place at Château Carbonnieux in Léognan next to Bordeaux, experts from the scientific and industrial communities in the fields of materials and photonics gathered for two days. The program included conferences punctuated by visits to exhibitor stands during breaks dedicated to networking.

9 of our students (from Advanced ceramics and IXEO Master’s degrees) were warmly welcomed and were able to attend conferences but also interact with stakeholders in the materials and photonics sector (European Ceramics Pole, Alpha-RLH, industrial centers). Some of them even found their end-of-year internship !
