Following the success of the Year of Biology organized by the CNRS, the laboratory was asked to host a class of 1st year SVT students from the Lycée Léonard Limosin.

For half a day, the students took part in a variety of discussions:

• a presentation of the laboratory’s research themes and jobs (researchers, teacher-researchers, PhD students, engineers and technicians)
• a tour of the laboratory premises and an introduction to the Research environment
• a workshop on cell culture
• a molecular biology workshop (DNA extraction and PCR)
• a microscopy workshop
