Obtaining ANR fundings

CRIBL has obtained 2 fundings from the Agence Nationale de la Recherche. This aid aims to promote the pooling of skills and resources from different teams, to accelerate the development of the proposed research.

Christophe Sirac – Project ModAL (Projet de Recherche Collaboratif ou PRC)  : characterization of an experimental model of AL amyloidosis.

This project is carried out in collaboration with the team of Olivier Christophe (INSERM U1176, University Paris-Saclay) and Michael Ehrmann (ZMB, University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany).

Sandrine Le Noir – Project 3D-Nucleus (ANR JCJC) : enhancers of the IgH locus influence the nuclear organization of B lymphocytes and its genomic stability.

The organization of the genome is divided into several levels: the nucleosomal, supranucleosomal and nuclear scale. The 3D-Nucleus project will make it possible to study the role of regulatory regions (3’RR and Eµ-MAR) of the antibody gene (Immunoglobulin heavy chain locus) at these 3 scales. We hypothesize that these regulatory elements govern gene rearrangement by governing the dynamics of nuclear territories and that they participate in maintaining genome integrity. We will therefore study how regulatory regions organize the nucleus of the B lymphocyte and what is the impact of reorganization of the nucleus on the gene stability of the B lymphocyte.
