Postdoctoral Fellow in One Health for Multi-Scale Spatial Modeling and Environmental Data Integration in AMR Surveillance

The UMR INSERM 1092 RESINFIT laboratory (Limoges – France) is involved in multiple projects at the regional (PSGAR – https://www.unilim.fr/resinfit/psgar-emerg), national (AMR-ENV from the PROMISE meta-network – https://amr-promise.fr/fr/amr-env), and European (EU-JAMRAI 2 – https://eu-jamrai.eu) levels, all aiming to develop an integrated One Health approach to map, understand, and innovate against antimicrobial resistance. To pursue these goals, the lab is offering a 24-month renewable postdoctoral position to apply a systemic approach to AMR surveillance by processing experimental data from research labs, French surveillance networks, and European institutions.

Duration: 24 months renewable
