What this site does — and does not — collect
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. GFPindex does not use cookies, does not run any visitor analytics or tracking script, and does not load fonts or libraries from third-party services — everything the site needs is hosted on this server, so no visitor data is ever sent to an outside party just by browsing the site.
The Data & citation request form does not transmit anything. The fields you fill in on that page stay in your own browser. Clicking “Copy request” only copies that text to your device’s clipboard — nothing is sent to us unless you paste it into an email yourself and send it. We only receive the information you choose to include when you send that email to gfp@unilim.fr.
If you do email us, we process the information you send (e.g. name, institutional email, project description) solely to handle your data-access request, for as long as needed to answer it and, where a data-sharing agreement is signed, for the duration of that agreement.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (when you choose to email us) and, where applicable, on Université de Limoges’ public-interest mission, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée).
Hosting & data location
This website is hosted on the servers of the Direction du Système d’Information (DSI), Université de Limoges, in France. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
