Presentation
The Francophonie, Education and Diversity, EA 6311 (FRED) is organized around a common issue – diversity. This approach develops a link between specialists of Francophone knowledge, educational science and iberoamerican world as well as synergy between the themes addressed: migrant cultures, vulnerable populations, french-speaking and non french-speaking areas, building identity through space, history, environment, gender relationships, social implications, cultural diversity, digital spaces and the analysis of education and training systems in developed and developing countries. The multilingualism and the multidisciplinary aspect of the team promote synergy between researchers and the development of international networks. The FRED’s partnership with foreign universities, in particular African universities, Quebec universities too, in the fields of francophone countries and educational science, with iberoamerican universities, the creation of several researcher networks (ALEC, AFTIE, Rechercheavec) the FRED’s performances in the field of ICT, and the fact that its courses are professionalizing, enhance its appeal for doctoral students. The team runs an international review backed by a scientific committee: Dire (Diversités – Recherches et terrains) http://epublications.unilim.fr/revues/dire, an AUF review FRANTICE.net, three colections at PULIM: “Francophonie”, « Savoirs scientifiques et pratiques d’enseignement », « FémininMasculin” (fr., eng., sp., port. accepted).
