The P&T Unit is proud to celebrate the latest cover of Langmuir for ACS Publications, showcasing a successful collaboration in the field of supramolecular assemblies.
Our colleague Florent Di Meo led the Molecular Dynamics simulations for this study, providing a “microscopic eye” into the interfacial behavior of novel lipid–porphyrinoid conjugates. By accurately modeling the π-stacking and molecular orientations, our unit helped demonstrate how chromophore structures can be tuned to create chiral nanofibers.
At P&T, we believe that cross-disciplinary research and high-level computational modeling are essential for pushing the boundaries of health-related nanotechnologies.
