Please find below the description of two PhD positions at the INSERM U1248 IPPRITT. Accepting candidate are expected to start on October 2020.

• Impact of the gut microbiota on transplant outcomes: short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) as predictive biomarkers or potential targets for precision care in transplantation
• Albumin modifications as early biomarkers of chronic liver diseases
