Biography

Alphonse NOAH joined the University of Limoges on 01 September 2021, as an associate professor. Before, he held a research fellow position at the Banque de France, then an assistant lecturer at the Paris Nanterre University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Paris Nanterre University. His research focuses on development financing issues, digital finance, informality, and climate change.
