The Post-transcriptional regulation of the expression of immunoglobulins team led by Laurent Delpy has just published a review in Drug Discovery Today entitled “Immunotherapies in cutaneouspathologies: an overview”.

This article is the result of a collaboration between the public sector, with CRIBL, and the private sector, with SILAB, a company based in Saint-Viance (Corrèze) as part of a CIFRE thesis conducted by Audrey Baylet.

In this review, the team describe current biologics used in skin pathologies as well as antibodies in development.They discuss various immunotherapy examples that use new delivery technologies, such as microneedle patch, nanoparticles, liposomes, or gel formulation.
