Thématique de recherche principale : Estimation de la sollicitation énergétique des patients post-AVC en situation de vie réelle. 

Objectifs opérationnels :

– Objectiver la majoration de la sollicitation énergétique à la réalisation des AVQ en post AVC.

– Evaluer la validité des outils de mesures de la Dépense Energétique utilisés en situation écologique en post AVC.

– Développer des outils d’estimation de la Dépense Energétique facile d’utilisation, fiable et précis en situation de vie quotidienne en post AVC.

– Etablir le lien de cause à effet entre hyper sollicitation énergétique et limitation pour les AVQ.


Thématiques de recherche

 

  • Evaluation des déterminants du coût énergétique à la marche chez les sujets ayant subi un AVC.
  • Evaluation de l’échelle de perception de l’intensité de l’effort en post AVC.
  • Evaluation de la précision et de la fiabilité des accéléromètres pour la mesure de la dépense énergétique totale en situation écologique en post AVC.
