Research Engineer shared between the U1248 Pharmacology and Transplantation laboratory and the BISCEm platform <\/p>\n

Within U1248, participation in research projects requiring expertise in biochemistry and\/or mass spectrometry:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Development of sample preparation methods and analytical methods in mass spectrometry necessary for the advancement of research projects (short-chain fatty acids, drugs, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Development of ELISA and Western Blot assays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Within the BISCEm platform, as manager of the mass spectrometry unit:<\/p>\n

    • Mass spectrometry services for small and large molecules: development and execution of experiments (sample preparation, LC-MS\/MS analyses)<\/li>\n
    • Data analysis and presentation of results<\/li>\n
    • Cost management (cost calculation, preparation of quotes) and technical resources management (equipment investment decisions, maintenance, and servicing)<\/li>\n
