Research work within the “pharmacometrics” axis of the translational research project of UMR-1248 Inserm. These modeling efforts aim to understand and better address the variability in responses to immunosuppressive drugs and contribute to informing the therapeutic and clinical management of transplanted patients through a personalized medicine approach. Their ultimate goal is to optimize the long-term outcome of the graft and the transplanted patient.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
