Research
Keywords: Clinical trial vigilance, patient therapeutic education, adherence, quality of life, biostatistics.
My research questions are focused on the care pathway of transplanted patients, with the goal of contributing to improving the survival of both patients and grafts while maintaining a good quality of life post-transplantation. Good survival, combined with a good quality of life, is conditioned by the optimization of therapeutic regimens, notably based on the individualization of treatments and their dosage, ensuring good efficacy while minimizing the risk of side effects. It also involves empowering patients by making them expert participants in their care pathway, ensuring good adherence and securing their management (properly taking the medication and adopting best practices to ensure the success of the transplant, knowing what to do in case of issues such as side effects). To achieve this, I explore the determinants of adherence and quality of life in transplantation, as well as the role of therapeutic education in the care pathway.
