Keywords: Clinical research, therapeutic drug monitoring, individualized treatment, adherence, quality of life, patient therapeutic education, microsampling.

My research focuses on the care pathway of transplanted patients, with the goal of improving both patient and graft survival while maintaining a good quality of life after transplantation. Achieving good survival rates along with good quality of life requires optimizing therapeutic regimens, particularly through individualized treatments and dose adjustments, to ensure efficacy while minimizing adverse effects.

It also involves empowering patients to become expert actors in their own care pathway, ensuring strong adherence and safe management of their treatment (taking medications correctly and adopting best practices to ensure transplant success, knowing how to react in case of issues such as side effects).

To this end, I explore the relationships between immunosuppressant exposure and the occurrence of adverse effects, the determinants of adherence and quality of life in transplantation, the role of patient therapeutic education, and the deployment of tools such as microsampling devices designed for at-home therapeutic drug monitoring. These tools aim to enhance the care pathway, patient empowerment, and quality of life for transplant recipients.
