De plus, ces proc\u00e9d\u00e9s num\u00e9riques peuvent \u00eatre utilement utilis\u00e9s pour fabriquer des pi\u00e8ces c\u00e9ramiques\/m\u00e9talliques de haute r\u00e9solution dimensionnelle avec des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s thermiques, \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectroniques int\u00e9ressantes pour des applications dans le domaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de puissance.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, une machine additive hybride a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour fabriquer des pi\u00e8ces c\u00e9ramiques\/m\u00e9talliques. Cette machine \u00ab INOV HTCC \u00bb, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en partenariat avec 3D Ceram et le CEA Cestas, associe deux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de fabrication additive : la st\u00e9r\u00e9olithographie et le robocasting.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019originalit\u00e9 de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 r\u00e9side dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, en m\u00eame temps, un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de c\u00e9ramique et un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de m\u00e9tal. Cela permet un important gain de temps en passant de 6 mois de fabrication \u00e0 une semaine et d\u2019adresser des pi\u00e8ces plus complexes.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, en utilisant ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 hybride, la faisabilit\u00e9 de composants HTCC a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e en construisant de l&rsquo;alumine di\u00e9lectrique par st\u00e9r\u00e9olithographie et un r\u00e9seau conducteur en molybd\u00e8ne par robocasting. Une formulation m\u00e9tallique \u00e0 base de molybd\u00e8ne adapt\u00e9e au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 et permettant d&rsquo;obtenir un r\u00e9seau m\u00e9tallique hautement conducteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e. Les cycles de co-d\u00e9liantage et de co-frittage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9s pour minimiser la teneur en carbone r\u00e9siduel et pr\u00e9venir l&rsquo;oxydation du molybd\u00e8ne. L&rsquo;interface alumine\/molybd\u00e8ne a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e pour conclure \u00e0 une possible d\u00e9lamination entre ces deux mat\u00e9riaux aux coefficients de dilatation thermique (CTE) diff\u00e9rents. Les pi\u00e8ces HTCC fritt\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es dans le domaine de l&rsquo;hyperfr\u00e9quence. Les r\u00e9ponses en fr\u00e9quence s&rsquo;\u00e9cartent de la simulation en raison d&rsquo;un manque de pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle du r\u00e9seau m\u00e9tallique.<\/p>\n<p>Ces travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019une th\u00e8se b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un cofinancement du LABEX \u2211-LIM.
