Dans ce contexte, le regroupement de comp\u00e9tences en physique, chimie, science des mat\u00e9riaux, math\u00e9matiques, informatique, biologie, pharmacie et m\u00e9decine permettra l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de nouvelles technologies de diagnostic et th\u00e9rapeutiques pour des applications dans diverses disciplines m\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la combinaison de l\u2019expertise de l&rsquo;IRCER en traitement et fonctionnalisation des bioc\u00e9ramiques \u00e0 base de phosphate de calcium \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;XLIM en \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tisme, instrumentation pour la bioimagerie et analyse\/traitement de donn\u00e9es vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de bioc\u00e9ramiques aux performances biologiques accrues. Au-del\u00e0 du domaine d\u2019application premier qu\u2019est l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie osseuse, des retomb\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement attendues en chirurgie, oncologie ou dans les maladies chroniques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nous aborderons deux d\u00e9fis, chacun d\u2019entre eux incluant la validation de plusieurs preuves de concept en vue d\u2019\u00e9tudes cliniques plus approfondies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"panel-group \" id=\"object503\">\n                    <div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n            <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                <h3 class=\"panel-title\">\n                    <a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#object503\" href=\"#object520\">D\u00e9fi 1 : Biomat\u00e9riaux et ondes \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques pour des applications en sant\u00e9<\/a>\n                <\/h3>\n            <\/div>\n            <div id=\"object520\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \">\n                <div class=\"panel-body\">\n                  \n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le d&eacute;fi consiste &agrave; d&eacute;velopper des dispositifs c&eacute;ramiques bio-&eacute;lectro-instructifs innovants pour des applications en ing&eacute;nierie des tissus osseux. Des technologies de fabrication (comprenant la fabrication additive) et des techniques de caract&eacute;risation avanc&eacute;es seront mise en &oelig;uvre pour produire des dispositifs poreux (&laquo;scaffolds&raquo;) c&eacute;ramiques personnalis&eacute;s avec un design chimique et architectural contr&ocirc;l&eacute;. La stimulation par fonctionnalisation avec des mol&eacute;cules actives (par exemple, facteurs de croissance, prot&eacute;ines, antibiotiques&#8230;) et l&rsquo;&eacute;lectrostimulation in vitro de l&rsquo;ost&eacute;ogen&egrave;se, de l&rsquo;angiogen&egrave;se et de la croissance des tissus dans les c&eacute;ramiques sont &eacute;galement &eacute;tudi&eacute;es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La mod&eacute;lisation et la simulation 3D des architectures (&laquo;scaffolds&raquo;), en liaison avec les techniques et outils exp&eacute;rimentaux d&eacute;velopp&eacute;s dans le cadre du d&eacute;fi 2, sont mises en &oelig;uvre pour optimiser le comportement et les performances m&eacute;caniques et biologiques ces dispositifs. La principale ambition de ce d&eacute;fi est de passer de dispositifs en c&eacute;ramique pour la r&eacute;paration des os &agrave; des tissus artificiels.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"panel-group \" id=\"object541\">\n                    <div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n            <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                <h3 class=\"panel-title\">\n                    <a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#object541\" href=\"#object558\">D\u00e9fi 2 : Biomat\u00e9riaux, biophotonique et imagerie pour le diagnostic<\/a>\n                <\/h3>\n            <\/div>\n            <div id=\"object558\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \">\n                <div class=\"panel-body\">\n                  \n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ce d&eacute;fi vise &agrave; mettre en place une instrumentation biophotonique avanc&eacute;e et bas&eacute;e sur la microscopie multiphotonique\/vibrationnelle pour l&rsquo;imagerie sans marquage. Ces technologies sont con&ccedil;ues dans le contexte de dispositifs biom&eacute;dicaux, en portant une attention particuli&egrave;re &agrave; la n&eacute;cessit&eacute; d&rsquo;&eacute;tudier les ph&eacute;nom&egrave;nes &agrave; l&rsquo;interface entre le mat&eacute;riau c&eacute;ramique et les cellules vivantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Des outils analytiques et num&eacute;riques compl&eacute;mentaires sont d&eacute;velopp&eacute;s dans le contexte de l&rsquo;imagerie hyperspectrale et\/ou multimodale.
