<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"panel-group \" id=\"object509\">\n                    <div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n            <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                <h3 class=\"panel-title\">\n                    <a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#object509\" href=\"#object526\">D\u00e9fi 1 : M\u00e9thodes de conception avanc\u00e9es \u00ab front-end \u00bb RF int\u00e9gr\u00e9es en 3D<\/a>\n                <\/h3>\n            <\/div>\n            <div id=\"object526\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \">\n                <div class=\"panel-body\">\n                  \n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L&rsquo;objectif est de d&eacute;velopper un syst&egrave;me d&rsquo;&eacute;metteur-r&eacute;cepteur, pour en d&eacute;montrer la reconfigurabilit&eacute; totale ou partielle (fr&eacute;quence, couverture, puissance) et son int&eacute;gration 3D. Le d&eacute;monstrateur sera int&eacute;gr&eacute; en trois dimensions par le biais d&rsquo;une approche de conception globale et exploitera des technologies de fabrication additive ainsi que des mat&eacute;riaux de haute performance. Ces travaux, ax&eacute;s sur l&rsquo;optimisation des performances des syst&egrave;mes, seront r&eacute;alis&eacute;s en tenant compte des technologies disponibles jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 100 GHz.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les enjeux sont la co-conception et la co-int&eacute;gration technologique de circuits et d&rsquo;antennes, pour optimiser les performances RF et &eacute;nerg&eacute;tiques du syst&egrave;me reconfigurable et sa conformation sur un objet h&ocirc;te (drone, satellite, v&eacute;hicule, mobilier urbain, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Des solutions originales sont d&eacute;velopp&eacute;es, bas&eacute;es sur les technologies de fabrication additive multi-mat&eacute;riaux (c&eacute;ramique\/m&eacute;tal) en 3D d&eacute;velopp&eacute;es par l&rsquo;IRCER et prenant en compte l&rsquo;ensemble de la cha&icirc;ne num&eacute;rique (mod&eacute;lisation et analyse g&eacute;om&eacute;trique, simulation avant fabrication finale). Cela permet d&rsquo;int&eacute;grer des fonctions passives &agrave; faibles pertes et, pour certaines, accordables (mat&eacute;riaux fonctionnels ou composants agiles), de garantir un rayonnement de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie avec un gain et une efficacit&eacute; maximum, de transf&eacute;rer, d&rsquo;interconnecter et d&rsquo;encapsuler des circuits RF int&eacute;gr&eacute;s, en minimisant les pertes et, pour les circuits actifs, de permettre l&rsquo;&eacute;vacuation de la chaleur dissip&eacute;e.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"panel-group \" id=\"object547\">\n                    <div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n            <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                <h3 class=\"panel-title\">\n                    <a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#object547\" href=\"#object564\">D\u00e9fi 2 : Mat\u00e9riaux et dispositifs pour les sous-syst\u00e8mes THz<\/a>\n                <\/h3>\n            <\/div>\n            <div id=\"object564\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \">\n                <div class=\"panel-body\">\n                  \n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L&rsquo;objectif est de relever des obstacles technologiques identifi&eacute;s pour la r&eacute;alisation de syst&egrave;mes de communication au-del&agrave; de 100 GHz qui tirent parti des comp&eacute;tences de l&rsquo;IRCER dans le d&eacute;veloppement de proc&eacute;d&eacute;s de d&eacute;p&ocirc;t de mat&eacute;riaux et de couches minces et dans le domaine des caract&eacute;risations multi-&eacute;chelles des mat&eacute;riaux, et d&rsquo;XLIM pour la conception et l&rsquo;optimisation de d&eacute;monstrateurs fonctionnels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les &eacute;quipes travaillent sur la conception de nouveaux interrupteurs utilisant des mat&eacute;riaux &agrave; propri&eacute;t&eacute;s accordables, en particulier de nouveaux mat&eacute;riaux &agrave; changement de phase ou &agrave; transition de phase, &eacute;tudi&eacute; depuis plusieurs ann&eacute;es dans le cadre du LABEX &Sigma;-LIM.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">&Agrave; titre d&rsquo;exemple, il est possible de r&eacute;aliser des composants bistables &agrave; fort contraste &eacute;lectrique, avec des applications &agrave; des longueurs d&rsquo;onde millim&eacute;triques et donc &agrave; des fr&eacute;quences plus &eacute;lev&eacute;es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les circuits passifs utiliseront des technologies de micro-fabrication en 3D en couche mince avec une pr&eacute;cision qui permet de fabriquer des composants tels que des filtres ou des r&eacute;seaux d&rsquo;antennes sans r&eacute;glage en post-production, et d&rsquo;int&eacute;grer des puces actives dans la structure finale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Enfin, les &eacute;quipes travaillent &eacute;galement sur le d&eacute;veloppement des circuits accordables au-del&agrave; de 100 GHz en utilisant des micro\/nanotechnologies et circuits &agrave; base de silicium, en s&rsquo;appuyant sur les comp&eacute;tences disponibles dans la conception de dispositifs innovants et le d&eacute;veloppement de proc&eacute;d&eacute;s pour la fabrication de mat&eacute;riaux nanostructur&eacute;s et leur caract&eacute;risation.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"panel-group \" id=\"object585\">\n id=\"object602\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \">\n                <div class=\"panel-body\">\n                  \n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dans le contexte des milliards de n&oelig;uds IdO statiques et mobiles qui d&eacute;tectent des donn&eacute;es et ex&eacute;cutent des actions, l&rsquo;objectif est de mettre en place un banc d&rsquo;essai transversal pour assurer&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ul-bold\"><strong>La gestion intelligente des r&eacute;seaux<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La gestion du r&eacute;seau intelligent utilisera les syst&egrave;mes et ensembles &laquo;&nbsp;front-end&nbsp;&raquo; d&eacute;velopp&eacute;s dans les d&eacute;fis 1 et 2 en combinaison avec des techniques d&eacute;velopp&eacute;es &agrave; XLIM comme l&rsquo;acc&egrave;s multiple massif, le codage de r&eacute;seau mobile, etc.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>La protection et la tra&ccedil;abilit&eacute; des informations &eacute;chang&eacute;es<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La protection et la tra&ccedil;abilit&eacute; des informations &eacute;chang&eacute;es s&rsquo;appuieront sur la proposition de cryptographie post-quantique d&eacute;velopp&eacute;e &agrave; XLIM.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\n<p><strong>La protection physique du n&oelig;ud<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La protection physique des n&oelig;uds sera d&eacute;velopp&eacute;e &agrave; la fois &agrave; l&rsquo;IRCER et &agrave; XLIM puisque l&rsquo;objectif est de s&eacute;curiser les n&oelig;uds depuis le niveau du silicium jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; leur conditionnement.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ul-bold\"><strong>L&rsquo;interop&eacute;rabilit&eacute; avec les solutions existantes et futures<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L&rsquo;interop&eacute;rabilit&eacute; sera principalement assur&eacute;e &agrave; XLIM puisque l&rsquo;objectif est de proposer des passerelles transparentes entre les diff&eacute;rents protocoles de communication ainsi que pour leur s&eacute;curit&eacute;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ce d&eacute;fi est en interface avec second d&eacute;fi &laquo;&nbsp;&Eacute;nergie et surveillance avanc&eacute;e&nbsp;&raquo; du flagship &laquo;&nbsp;Faire plus avec moins d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie &raquo; puisque les solutions propos&eacute;es permettront &eacute;galement une gestion plus intelligente de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie pour la communication et la s&eacute;curisation des donn&eacute;es.<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n
