Les volumes utiles de ces \u00e9quipements sont de 9 litres pour le four Ceradel (situ\u00e9 sous une hotte) et de 7,5 litres pour le four Vecstar. La dur\u00e9e moyenne des essais est de 24 heures environ (rampe maximale\u00a0: 10 \u00b0C\/min), il faut prendre en compte le refroidissement lent de ces fours.<\/span><\/h4>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n                <div class=\"panel panel-default\">\n            <div class=\"panel-heading\">\n                <h3 class=\"panel-title\">\n                    <a data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#object7111\" href=\"#object7154\"><strong>Frittage sous air<\/strong><\/a>\n                <\/h3>\n            <\/div>\n            <div id=\"object7154\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \">\n                <div class=\"panel-body\">\n                  \n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Les trois fours de frittage sous air ont pour temp\u00e9rature maximale en pointe 1300 \u00b0C (Nabertherm LH30\/13), 1750 \u00b0C (Nabertherm LHT04\/17) et 1800 \u00b0C (four MOSB 180\/4). Ces fours ont des volumes utiles de 30 litres pour le Nabertherm LH30\/13 (rampes maximale\u00a0: 10 \u00b0C\/min) et de 4 litres pour les Nabertherm LHT04\/17 et MOSB 180\/4 (rampe maximale pour ces deux fours\u00a0: 20 \u00b0C\/min). Les fours Nabertherm LH30\/13 et MOSB 180\/4 ont des dur\u00e9es moyennes d\u2019essais de 24 h (inertie importante). Les temp\u00e9ratures sont mesur\u00e9es par pyrom\u00e8tre (gamme 1100-1850\u00b0C). Le volume utile et la rampe maximale sont respectivement de 0,5 litres et de 20 \u00b0C\/min. Les essais durent en moyenne entre 4 et 12 h.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Four Nabertherm VHT 8\/22-GR en graphite (atmosph\u00e8res de travail\u00a0: argon, azote, vide primaire) dont la temp\u00e9rature en pointe est de 2200 \u00b0C. Le volume utile est de 8 litres et il est recommand\u00e9 de ne pas d\u00e9passer la rampe de 10 \u00b0C\/min pour la chauffe. La taille maximale pour les \u00e9chantillons est de 50 mm de diam\u00e8tre et la pression maximale pouvant \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur les matrices est de 130 MPa.
