General terms of use for this website

Access

Required technical resources

You should ensure the appropriate technical characteristics of the hardware and software you use in order to access the website under optimal conditions. Use a modern browser, updated as often as possible.

Registration

Registration procedure

You must complete the registration form in order to pre-register for this colloquium.

Once this form has been completed and sent, your account is created. The login information will be sent to you by e-mail, to the address entered in the form.

Your registration will be confirmed once payment has been made.

You can proceed with payment (if you opt for the online payment option) and modify your information by connecting to the website and visiting the "Your account" page.

If you select another payment method (please see below) you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your payment and confirmation of your registration.

To benefit for early registration rates, your payment must be done before 2015-03-20, (date as per postmark if payment by order form or by check).

Deadline

The registration period for this colloquium is open from 2015-01-29 to 2015-05-16.

After this deadline, it will no longer be possible to register.

Maximum number of places

There are a limited number of places available for this colloquium: 200.

Once this number has been reached, you may register but you will be placed on a waiting list. You will be informed by e-mail if places become free and in this case you will then need to return to the website to confirm your participation by connecting to the "Your account" section.

Payment method

The available payment methods are:

  • By online payment with our partner PayBox,
  • By order form,
  • By cheque (for France only).

The payment procedures are described in the registration form and are restated for information purposes in the e-mail sent following your registration.

Problems/complaints

Pursuant to the regulations, a full refund of the registration fees received may be requested until the 30th day before the event. After this date, a holdback of 50% of the sum will apply if withdrawing before the 15th day preceding the event. No reimbursement will be issued if the withdrawal takes place within the 14 days preceding the event.
